Retrospectives – The most boring meetings ever

Last week I spoke at my favorite agile conference of the year in Krakow, Poland: The ACE!Conference. If you haven’t been there yet, you have to be there next year. I’m quite sure it will be even better than this year. I talked about my hobbyhorse: Retrospectives. Here is the video of the talk I gave:

Marc Loffler – Retrospectives, The Most Boring Meetings Ever from ACE! Conferences on Vimeo.

And here are the slides of the talk:

I’m looking forward to your comments.

  1. Marc, interesting slides and talk. About making the retrospectives more fun, and changing formats, I recognize it and also use various techniques to keep people interested and to have effective meetings In Getting business value out of Agile Retrospectives I describe some of the techniques that I use in retrospectives. It depends on the situation at hand, what has happened or what you would like to see covered in a retro. When in doubt, vary the technique and try something new. That’s fun :-).
